Returns Policy
We value your business and will do everything possible to ensure that the products you have purchased exceed your expectations. However, we do realise that there are exceptional circumstances that can possibly affect the products and services that we offer, therefore our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns
For items you wish to return due to a change of mind Mo’s Mobiles will offer an exchange or refund provided:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase
- You provide your receipt as proof of purchase
- The item is in resaleable condition and sealed in its original packaging.
We are not able to provide an exchange or refund for unsealed items if you simply changed your mind.
Other returns
Mo’s Mobiles will accept returns of products and offer you an exchange, refund or repair where:
- The item has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing it if you had known about it, including major problems
- The item does not match the sample or packaging description
- The item is not able to perform one of its functions and the problem cannot be easily fixed.
- Alternatively, you may opt to keep your item and claim compensation for any drop in value.
We cannot always immediately provide a full refund for items. We will attempt to repair the item within a reasonable amount of time. If this is not possible, we will give you a replacement or refund.
Remember to always keep your proof of purchase to be able to claim refunds or returns.
